Any one who is getting married or has been married before knows that there is always a bit of a tug of war between doing what is traditionally expected of a wedding and what feels right to you for your wedding. In the past the “doing what is traditionally expected” side usually was the winning side but there is an empowering trend happening in weddings lately that excites me to the bone. Couples are breaking out of the mold and staying true to themselves while creating a totally unique celebration of their love for all to share.
