and this weekend for easter – she had the BRILLIANT idea of opening up a POP-UP SHOP on Bank Street at the Flour Shoppe

I knew she was doing this for 2 days, so I went to surprise her and say hello.

Erin sold out soooooo quickly, when I got there people (myself included) were on top of each other wanting the last of her beautiful easter displays.

I was lucky enough to grab one of the last beautiful displays she had for my mom.

How gorgeous are these purple tulips???   My mom was blown away – she loved them.
